(Before It's News)

Apr 7, 2013 – The US EPA is studying fracking and its potential effects on drinking water.  Some people are suggesting that fracking can cause local earthquakes.  The EPA has convened a panel of 31 experts from academia, industry and federal agencies to act as part of the agency’s Science Advisory Board. It seems there are no scientists on the panel who are actually working in the fracking industry, but the EPA said that it will ask the panel to seek their input.
