The entire town of Knifley, Kentucky was evacuated early Thursday morning after a gas line explosion engulfed at least three houses, two barns and four automobiles in flames, which spread to a nearby wooded area. At least one person was injured. About 150 people live in the Adair County community. Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton issued the evacuation order.
The explosion happened about 2 a.m. near Highways 551 and 71 in Knifley. The was no immediate word on the condition of the person who was taken to a hospital for treatment.
This comes the day after a gas well in Pennsylvania exploded. The Chevron shale well continues to burn 12 hours after the initial explosion. 1 person was injured and another is missing and feared dead in that explosion.
All these explosions, train derailments..rivers poisoned…something’s going on and it’s not accidental!!!!
