Duke’s coal ash pollution could continue under proposed N. Carolina permits. Duke Energy could legally leak pollutants from some of its coal ash dumps.

 

Can fracking pollute drinking water? Don’t ask the EPA. The EPA has been unable to collect needed data it needs from the oil and gas sector, which has stymied a five-year federal study.
