Obama administration readies big push on climate change. The Obama administration is planning to rein in greenhouse-gas emissions from wide swaths of the economy, including trucks, airplanes and power plants.

 

White House unveils $34 million climate plan to disaster-proof developing countries.

 

US EPA says it intends to regulate emissions by US airliners, saying aircraft emissions are a threat to human health because they contain pollutants that help cause global warming.
