Magnitude 3.8 earthquake rattled Cebu today at 02:52 pm, Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) reported.
According to PHIVOLCS Earthquake Bulletin, the earthquake occurred at a shallow depth of 7 km. The epicenter was located 8 km SW of Carmen.
Tremor was well felt by the people of Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue City.
No damage or aftershocks are expected.
