AUSTRALIA: Forced vaccination – Court overrules mum. Can’t happen here or could it?

As was reported by news.com.au on the 29th of November:
A GIRL, 8, will be given vaccinations against the objections of her mother after a Family Court ruling.
This surely cannot happen in Ireland or can it ?
Now, that the ultimate say over the welfare of our children has been handed over to the State (or more precisely so called “Family Courts”, held in camera, i.e. secret and without a possibilty for scrutiny by the public) as a result of the very questionable Yes vote in the so called “Children’s Rights Referendum”, this may soon be the case here, too.
A horrific story unfolds
The mother who educated herself on the pros and cons of vaccination decided that it would be best for her daughter not to be injected with formaldehyde, mercury (Thimerosal), aluminum, monosodium glutamate (MSG), and the dozens of other chemical adjuvants commonly added to vaccines. Instead she raised her child by boosting its immune system by feeding her healthy bio-dynamic food, clean water, exposing her to fresh air, dirt and other natural immunity boosters. Additionally she chose to administer safe, side effect-free homeopathic immunizations. While the daughter was in custody of the father, who was divorced from the mother, he decided to have the girl vaccinated without her mother’s consent. He allowed his new wife to take the girl to a medical centre, without her mother’s permission. There she was “immunised” for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, polio, HIB, measles, mumps, rubella and meningococcal C. All the effort and care to keep the girl safe from the poisons in the vaccines was wiped off in a matter of minutes in a public health clinic.
The matter ended up in court. The father told the court he hoped to continue to “secretly vaccinate” her because he did not want to play “Russian roulette with her health”. A homeopathic practitioner, who said he treated patients using “constitutional and anti-miasmic homeopathic treatment”, gave evidence to the court in support of the mother’s case. But the court did away with that testimony and based its decision on “expert evidence” from a Melbourne paediatrician stating: “that not immunising the girl would expose her to “unacceptable” risk.

The parents must now ensure that the girl receives all vaccinations recommended for her age and in future.
Better think again
Here in Ireland, voices who warned not to give away parental power to the state, who warned of forced vaccinations and forced adoptions were ridiculed and the impression was given that those would not have concern for the best interest of the child but rather egoistic motives and being backward. The Supreme Court found that the State was biased and unfair in its information campaign to push for a Yes in the referendum and has unlawfully used taxpayer’s money to do so. The support for a Yes by all political parties in the Dail including Sinn Fein, also highlights how deep the rot really is. The fact that the referendum went ahead in spite of the Supreme Court’s ruling shows the State’s contempt of the people and the Supreme Court. There is no honour. There is only the will to push the agenda of “big pharma” corporations who cannot make huge profits if there is a healthy population and health professionals that are not brainwashed by corporately sponsored universities and science. The court ruling in Australia highlights what could happen here if these voices are ignored.
A last hope
At present there is a legal challenge being mounted against the result of the referendum. The case was lodged in the High Court already. It is a last chance to have the contempt of the people and the Supreme Court rectified and to reverse the attempt by the State to replace the parents as ultimate guardians of the well being of our children with its interests.
