Second edit of the OSCE meeting in Vienna on hate speech laws

This is a second edit of the same Night Owl session in Vienna. All that is different is that there is an additional statement of belief of one of the main panel members which essentially says that referring to The Islamic State’ as the Islamic State is a sort of hate speech crime and we should all follow Obama’s lead on it. Also the names of the panelists are added so people can research who is making the decisions on these matters.

Two points need to be added:

1) this event was opened and closed by the General Secretary of the OSCE
2) that it was an official OSCE event
