OFF KEY TIKKI HOSTS COALITION AGAINST AUTISM FUNDRAISER/BBQ ON AUGUST 24
The Island Workshop Studios presents a Coalition Against Autism fundraiser and BBQ, which will take place on Saturday, August 24 at Off Key Tikki, located at 31 Baker Place in Patchogue, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets are $25 for one adult and one child, $10 for each additional child under 12. Admission includes an open bar from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. featuring beer, wine and rack cocktails, and a free Beach BBQ from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., where hamburgers, hot dogs and French fries will be served. All proceeds will benefit The Island Workshop Studios.
In addition, there will be live entertainment throughout the day. Scheduled performers include The Magic of Jack Adams, guitarist/singer Leonard Ticsay, Ted Carney & The Entertainers, plus a few surprises.
The Island Workshop Studios helps combat juvenile delinquency by providing the financial, creative and legal support that enables talented children, teens and young adults to actively participate in the professional creation, development, performance, production and distribution of an original product in the performing arts. The organization also teaches music and provides access to — and instruction in — the use of professional production facilities, including recording studios, rehearsal studios, set construction facilities and an industry-standard soundstage.
