Daytrader As a Round-the-world Traveller

As online trading has little location restriction. A successful private trader, having earned the capital, can operate trading while travelling around the world.
I heard that there is a private trader who has a girlfriend in each major cities around his region. While I am not promoting that kind of lifestyle, I am curious to know whether you have experience to share either from yourself personally or from others as a round-the-world private trader.
Also, it is good to know of other problems that may happen in this kind of lifestyle. For examples, network restriction imposed by the countries, or taxation issues involved.
