NYAD is not impressed with your new high

Below is a chart with SPY and NYAD, you can see that NYAD over the last two days has been trending lower not confirming the markets new highs. It is at a bouncing point and can make new highs but this lack of correlation with NYAD and the market is not comforting as it also goes along with other internals which are not making new highs.
