• BioLife Solutions (OTC: BLFS) closed … -$0.005 or -1.72% to $0.285.   In its 10 K filed today, BLFS reported 2012 revenue of $5.7 million, compared to $2.8 million in 2011, an increase of 105%. Total revenue for Q4/12  was $2 million, compared to $800 K in Q4/11. This was the result of growth in BLFS’ core business segments. – BUY -

• Cytomedix (OTC: CMXI) closed DOWN … -$0.015 < -2.88%> to $0.505 post earnings on larger 214 K shares. – Speculative BUY -

• Cytori (CYTX) closed UP … +$0.03 < +1%> to $2.53 on smaller 294 K share volume recovering from last week’s legal news. – HOLD -

• Medistem (PINK: MEDS) closed FLAT … to $1.05 on 0 shares.  - HOLD -

• NeoStem (NYSE MKT: NBS) closed DOWN … -$0.035 < -5.15%> to $0.645 on 1.105 M share volume.  Post the mid-day – volume ramped-up!  - BUY -

Closing Bell: The NASDAQ closed DOWN -28.35 (-0.87%) to 3,239.17 while the DOW is also DOWN -5.69 (-0.04%) to 14,572.85.
