Royal Road Minerals’ Njegovan resigns as director

Royal Road Minerals Ltd. (CVE:RYR) said on Friday that Donald R. Njegovan has informed the company that, due to other professional commitments, he is to regretfully resign from the board of directors.

“Don has been instrumental in positioning Royal Road for success. He has been an energetic and committed member of the board and helped us push through two very tough years for the exploration and mining industry. We are sad to see him go, but we understand the new pressures on his time and wish him all the very best for the future,” said Dr. Tim Coughlin, president and chief executive officer of Royal Road Minerals.
