As I post this, the market is still falling, but I am committed today to not over trading. No such thing as money left on the table, your money is what you have left when you walk away from the table.

Total $146
Lost on the YM trade with few regrets. I was trying to short at S1, the price was bouncing around to the point my very generous stop was hit for a loss.

The NQ trade which kept going without me worked well, maybe if I didn’t have the earlier loss I would have stayed in the trade longer?
