Nothing Lasts Forever by Ron Coscorrosa
This dead tree has weathered many storms and thus far survived a quickly eroding beach, but it likely won’t be around much longer.
I was fortunate to see it under nearly perfect sunrise light during my only visit earlier this year (and greatly enjoyed the delightfully warm waters of South Carolina – a drastic contrast to the cold beaches of the Pacific Northwest).
