In recent months there has been a lot of new ideas surrounding what constitutes a healthy lunch and whats on offer for shoppers on the UK high street.

Some health trusts and hospitals are insisting that offers such as meal deals only contain products considered 'healthy' – but what is healthy? Some would say if a choice is not vegan and thus contains saturated animal fat such as cheese and processed meat products then it shouldn't be included in a healthy choice.
