These photos are doing the rounds on Weibo after Typhoon Kalmaegi hit Guangdong on Sept. 16.
They depict a student in Zhanjiang City holding a number of poses supposedly to show how strong the storm winds were.
At first he looks like he’s holding on for dear life, but judging by the people in the background of the third photo the other two are actually staged.
