Overeating is almost an all party tradition, or at least most of us end up eating a little bit more than we planned it.
And with Chinese new year just around the corner, many parties and eat-a-thons are going to pop up everywhere!
These illustrations by Nathan W. Pyle give you some helpful tips to avoid over eating for good.
Keep food temptations at bay with these 4 tips
1. Fill your stomach with healthy options first … and water.
If you know that the party will not have healthy options or you do not want to take a risk, go ahead and eat a healthy meal before arriving.

2.Keep your eating hand busy by holding a cup all the time, and choose low calorie beverages!

3. Put as much space as possible between you and the food area.
Keep your self entertained and distracted by meeting new people, having conversations, and doing the other things a party has to offer besides food.

4. Once you are full, eat a mint every time you are being tempted to eat.
