Science has found, here let us be clear
That the right-wing brain’s governed by paranoia and fear
So whether you agree or not with what’s written below
This finding is critical and important to know
Anyone who says the parties are the same
Hasn’t given much thought to the real power in the game
Monies to Democrats mainly come from
The one per cent at the top who still possess some
Semblance of concern for the welfare and the states
Of the middle class and poor see; Soros and Gates
While the polluters of water and air and our mind
Fund Republicans see; the Kochs, Murdoch – that kind
And great Republican Presidents like Teddy and Ike
Would be told by today’s GOP “take a hike”
And as long as Republicans fill the House seats
Plans like Obama’s job plans go down to defeat
From the money on high comes the GOP’s mandate
And women’s rights, union rights and job plans can wait
(And “mandate” is certainly the word that applies)
To this party consisting of angry white guys
So we lefties can’t do too much more – to be fair
But if we keep electing Republicans we haven’t a prayer
SO…

Whoever the Republican nom is
If you elect them for whatever they promise
Like the people before us who picked ‘em
We will once again all be the victim
Of a party that’s never once in their past
Done one single thing for the working middle class
Not to mention completely ignoring the poor
The Republican Party you can be very sure
Has always been the one percent’s bitch
Existing only to protect the private property of the rich
By any and all means legal or not
Immoral, uncaring, unfeeling – so what?
They no longer can pretend to be stewards of the land
They don’t govern for all – you must understand
The Republican pols just simply do the bidding
Of the super-rich bosses – no quid pro quo kidding
And the wealthy and their pols, give less than nothing back
The pols and their controllers merely take – it’s a fact
They do nothing but spread their lies and thus fear
(There is always a bogeyman threateningly near)
And keeping our underclasses jobless, unschooled
Gives right-wing oligarchs a very large pool
Of cannon fodder which they then can use
For whatever cold reason the right-wing rich choose
Education, so expensive, means the poor can’t see through
The propaganda the mouthpieces of the 1% spew
And keeping them jobless, no way out means they
Must enlist just to make a decent day’s pay
And the Right-wing Oligarchy – GOP in their bag
Make sure that their front men all wave our flag
Convincing the underclass – who will then fight and perish
That each war is a “good” war – its heroes to be cherished
When each war is now mostly to protect all the gains
Of this one percent who’re holding the Republican’s reins
To Republicans poor lives don’t matter at all
All that matters is they answer the military’s call
And the working class with the “elephant” in the room?
If we do not remove him it will spell our doom
And the middle class with the GOP’s weight on our backs?
To the Republican Party we exist to pay tax!
This is the Republican way
Elect them and once again we’ll all pay
History has shown the above is all true
(To bear all this out just look at Bush two)
