Clone GooPhone i5 will Sue iPhone 5 Design

Since Apple won the court battle against Samsung over its copyright patent in the USA recently, Apple might face another big challenge in China over its new product, iPhone 5 which was launched yesterday.
A Chinese clone manufacturer, GooPhone has released its new model of GooPhone i5 in August 2012, earlier than the official launched by Apple on iPhone 5. The new GooPhone i5 adopts similar design from the leaked iPhone 5 components a few months ago. On top of that, GooPhone has patented it in China which means, the Chinese clone manufacturer has the right to block Apple from exporting iPhone 5 into the Chinese market.
