It has 2 boost and buck levels. It comes with one year of warranty though we have had bad reviews about their customer support. There is a support centre number who can guide you about the product or any other query related to your products service.
Devices these days have a wide range of operating voltage and can operate at voltages that are far from ideal. You can check that in the device user manual. What they need is just protection against surge as they are not able to handle that and it would damage their power supply units. For such devices, instead of investing into a voltage stabilizer, you can simply buy a surge protector. They can keep your devices safe against sudden spikes in voltage.
