Panasonic, the famous budget phone manufacturer, has unveiled another beauty with a tempting set of hardware and software specs. This time, it is the latest member of Eluga family, Eluga Turbo with 4G capabilities, 3GB RAM and a brilliant design language. According the company, Panasonic Eluga Turbo will come in Blue colour option, and will hit the shelves exclusively via Snapdeal.com at Rs. 10,990. The registrations for the sale currently open!
As for design, the Panasonic Eluga Turbo flaunts an excellent form-factor with sharp edges and Asahi Glass Protection on the back. It tips on the scale at 6.25mm, and look stunning from every angle.
Even under the hood, Panasonic continues its good run with an excellent hardware package. The new Eluga Turbo sports a beautiful 5-inch HD IPS display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and boasts buttery smooth performance with an ideal pair of 3GB RAM and an octa-core 64-bit processor (unspecified chipset) running at 1.5GHz. It incorporates 32GB of built-in storage expandable through memory card, and endows a picture-perfect photography experience with its 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On whole, the phone offers an ideal package for on-the-go users with its prolific camera performance.
In the connectivity department, Eluga Turbo offers a fair deal for budget buyers. The dual SIM based handset includes usual connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, 3G HSPA+, and microUSB 2.0, and delivers prolific download and upload speeds with advanced 4G LTE connectivity. It packs LTE capabilities on both SIM slots, and incorporates a slew of sensors as well.
Overall, the Android 5.1 Lollipop based Panasonic Eluga Turbo looks like a nice competitor for several budget players rolling in the market. It takes a dig against Redmi Note Prime, Lenovo K3 Note, and Yu Yureka Plus, and promises a slick user-experience with its fairly impressive 2350 mAh battery.
Panasonic has launched stupendous smartphones in last few months or so. Before Eluga Turbo, the company unleashed Lumix CM10 high-end camera phone with prolific specifications. The LTE enabled Lumix CM10 runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the box and powers up by quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor running at 2.3GHz. It packs a very impressive 20.1MP rear camera with f/2.8 aperture and promises a lifelike photography experience in all environments.
