The videos tell the story of an accident.
Part of what I have done in my life is to look as things as they are and imagine how they can be used if they were just a bit different.
At the Naval War College, they develop scenarios to present to the students and ask them what would they do if put into the scenario.
I presented the following scenario to be used for such a project. The students have to answer many questions when the project is put before them. You can work on it in your mind if you like.
First I will give some background information that will help you understand the project.

The Port of Texas City is a major deepwater port in Texas City, Texas at Galveston Bay, United States.[5] Its location on the bay, which is used by the Port of Houston and the Port of Galveston, puts Texas City in the heart of one of the world’s most important shipping hubs. As of 2008[update] the Port of Texas City was the 14th leading port in the United States by total tons of trade and as of 2007 it was the 87th leading port in the world, according to the American Association of Port Authorities.
In 2008, the total trade at the port was 52,606,030 short tons (47,723,390 t) making Texas City the third leading port in Texas and the 14th leading port in the United States.
In 1947, an explosion aboard the Frenchflagged S.S. Grandcamp, docked at Texas City, triggered fires and explosions throughout the port and the industrial complex. The resulting destruction is considered by many to be the worst industrial tragedy in the history of the United States. The fires caused more than five hundred deaths, more than four thousand injuries, and more than US$50 million in damage (US$492 million in today’s dollars). In spite of the destruction the city was able to rebuild quickly and the port soon re-opened.
Here is your project to solve. Keep in mind that the first time an attempt to bring down the WTC was in 1993.

Ramzi Yousef (Arabic: رمزي يوسف, Ramzī Yūsuf) (born May 20, 1967) was one of the main perpetrators of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. In 1995, he was arrested at a guest house in Islamabad, by the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence, and the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service[3][4][5] and was extradited to the United States.
The WTC was destroyed exactly eight year later on 11 September 2001. It was thought that they were on an eight year cycle until 2009 was over. Actually, an attempt was thwarted in 2009. I can only say that.
THE PROBLEM
Members of al Qaeda from Dearborn, Michigan have travelled to South Texas. They spent many hours looking at the area and imagining what could be. They noticed the island of Galveston. They made note that it is where ships in the Gulf of Mexico come from with mostly oil. They noticed that they could differentiate between ships carrying oil and those with other cargo.
Above you see a map that shows the northern part of the Port of Galveston. At this point the Port of Texas City is to the west. The port of Texas City leads to the Port of Houston which is the terminal for most of the cargo that uses the ports.
Haidi al Wazari, the leader of the Michigan al Qaeda cell makes a final trip to the area in April 2011. He noticed that nothing had changed and that he could go ahead with his plan. The things that had not changed were:
Little and sometimes no patrol or permanent base for the Coast Guard.
Ships that were under a flag that was friendly to the U.S. were rarely inspected. Ships under the flag of Liberia were ushered through at the check points in Galveston and Texas City. The real inspections only started as ships entered the Port of Houston. Only 2 out of 10 ships were checked at the mouth of that port.
U.S. Navy ships of any kind were rarely seen in the interlocking waterway. Only two Los Angeles class submarines had made their way through the path in the 3 years they had studied that part of the operation. They spent a total of 5 years on the plan.
In late April or early May of 2011, the Mississippi river began to flood communities along the path of the river as it made its way toward New Orleans and the Gulf of Mexico. All eyes were on that area. The Coast Guard was responsible for that area. The Coast Guard ships that had been in Gulf of Mexico and the Ports of Galveston, Texas City had no coast guard ships. There were several in Houston, but they were pre occupied with the events along the Mississippi river as they could be sent to help the other vessels.
Twenty men and three women made up the cell. They had lived in different parts of the area from Seaside up to Friendswood and LaMarque. Sixteen of the men were hired as crew members on two ships. One was an oil tanker and the other was carrying 8.5 million tons of ammonium nitrate, a commonly used fertilizer. The ship was also carrying a cargo of small-arms ammunition.
The members of the cells were engineers and merchant marine workers. As a result of their jobs, they were given free run of the ships. They used that advantage to turn the ships into floating bombs. They continued to work on the ships for close to three years. They always knew where they were going and when they would get there. The ship carrying the carrying 8.5 million tons of ammonium nitrate and small-arms ammunition was the most important. They would take that ship north toward the Port of Houston. There was always a ship with oil heading south from the Port of Houston. After months of sailing and seeing, the day that they were waiting for finally arrived.
At 9:30 p.m. central time on 26 May, the SS Westward carrying tens of thousands of oil was entering the Port of Texas City headed south. The SS Pride carrying the ammonium nitrate and small-arms ammunition entered the Port of Texas city from the south headed for the Port of Texas City. At 9:40 they set the fuse devices which were made of grenades, C4 coated in thermite, and dynamite. They set the bombs to go off at 10:45 p.m. They could not be disarmed.
At 10;12 p.m., the men belonging to the cell went to the upper deck and entered the area where the captains of each ship were operating the ships. They each were carrying Taurus 9 mm handguns and Uzi machine guns that had been made fully automatic. They also carried knives. After commandeering the ships, the men made contact with each other via radio on a pre selected channel that they knew no one would be monitoring. The two ship were side by side at the most narrow point of the Port of Texas City. They cut the engines after bringing the ships as close as possible. There were no other ships behind the two “bombs”.
After checking the explosives and distance from each other, the men jumped from a lower deck that was barely above sea level into the water. They got into several small boats that would take them back to Galveston where the women had cars ready to drive them all to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
in Houston. At 10:40, the cell members passed through the city of Clear Lake, the home of NASA in Texas. They were nearly 50 miles north of the explosion.
At 10;45 p.m., the bombs detonated. The blast killed all that were aboard the ships. The flying metal flew like they had been fired by a rifle toward the plants along the port at that junction. The Monsanto plant was hit the worst. The metal that had been set flying and was coated with thermite hit the plants storage drums causing them to explode. The thermite made the fire so hot that it would be hours before fire fighters could even approach the flames. A total of 300 people were killed at Monsanto, Dupont, and Exxon plants. The anchor of one of the ships were found in Dickinson. There were nearly 200 people killed in LaMarque and another 600 in Texas City according to the initial count. There were over 2,500 people that were either injured or unaccounted for.
At 11:56 p.m. on 26 May, the planes carrying the cell were wheels up headed for Hamburg, Germany and Milan, Italy. At 2:00 a.m, 27 March 2011, they cleared American airspace and started to watch movies. One of the favorites was Casablanca.
At 9:18 a.m., 28 May 2011 the fires were finally extinguished.
The wreckage of the ships stopped all traffic in the ports. No ships could get out of the Port of Houston and none could enter the Port of Galveston. It would take many months to make the ports viable for transportation, and years to fully complete the clean up.
The explosions had taken place on Thursday, 26 May 2011. The following morning the price of Brent crude oil opened at $89.12 per barrel. Sixx minutes after the markets opened the same oil was trading for $298.16. It would close that day at $311.07. Gasoline that had sold the day before $3.66 a gallon was $5.00 at 9:00 a.m, thirty minutes after the markets had opened. The price of gasoline went up by the hour. By noon, gasoline was being sold for $8.12. At 2:00 p.m. the cost was $9.75. At 6:00 p.m. the price of gasoline was $12.19 a gallon. It would stay at or near that price until 11 January 2012.

WOW! Now that is just scary but the sad thing of it is you have to wonder if this was one that was thawarted at one point. Now with that said it should scare the hell out of us all that this just might happen and it could be sooner than later. We need more people like Col. Sixx looking at this and get rid of those Idiots that are up there now. This Government is taking us down and if we don’t get off our dead asses and vote these fools out we will not have a country to protect any longer. I don’t have the answers for any of this but I know we need more leaders like this to protect us from ourselves and those that would do us harm today. God help us all and God help America.
