New Documentary ‘Corpus Christi’ Portraying Jesus As Gay Sparks Uproar (VIDEO)
There is no end to the liberal progressive hatred of God
“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.” Romans 1:21:23
In 1998, acclaimed playwright Terrence McNally wrote an extremely controversial play entitled “Corpus Christi” in which he asserted that Jesus was gay and that He gave His seal of approval to the LGBT movement’s agenda. Needless to say, the opening night of the play was met with massive protest and outrage. Flash forward to 2014 where, thanks to the tireless efforts of president Barack Obama, the LGBT Mafia’s agenda has claimed center stage. Newsweek magazine ran a cover with Obama’s picture and the heading “First Gay President”. Times have certainly changed, and the LGBT knows it and are seizing their opportunity.
Corpus Christi the play has now become Corpus Christi the documentary, and is being used primarily as a propaganda tool of the Progressive Far Left to indoctrinate LGBT values deeper into society. Where there once was outrage, playwright McNally now expects approval. He has good reason to think that way. Thousands of Christian churches across America, since 2012, have voted to approve and perform gay marriage ceremonies in their churches.
THIS IS HOW THE LGBT MOVEMENT SEES JESUS ON THE CROSS
“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.” Romans 1:26,27
Authors like Matthew Vines, already a queer celebrity, has written “God and the Gay Christian” which seeks to completely rewrite the historic biblical position against homosexuality. Book publishers who fear the wrath of being labeled as “homophobic” by the LGBT Mafia, are publishing books like these which are lapped up by a powerless, Laodicean church rendered impotent by a decade of cotton candy preaching from the like of Joel Osteen and others. Because of the spiritual deadness that exists, these tactics have been surprisingly effective. Just as Obama labels all those who oppose him and his Marxist politics as “racists”, the LGBT label all those who oppose their queer lifestyle as speaking “hate speech”, which coincidentally, is now a crime. The LGBT Mafia is ruthless when they attack, just ask Phil Robertson or the Benham Brothers.
Freedom of speech only applies if you talk about the LGBT-approved narrative.
