I’m not ashamed of who (or what) I am, but I have to agree with George Carlin on the ethnic pride issue. Now I’m paraphrasing here, but pride should be reserved for accomplishments which you achieve on your own. Ethnicity is a matter of genetic accident. It’s not like I worked my way up to be Irish-Canadian. You wouldn’t say “I’m proud to be 5′ 2″, or I’m proud to have a predisposition to colon cancer”; so why would you be proud to be Irish or Italian?
And much like a Diabetic shouldn’t be ashamed of their affliction, I shouldn’t have to be ashamed to be Caucasian.
As for the Jewish monopoly on ALL media, I didn’t realize it was in question. It’s been that way, since I can remember. They’ve owned pretty much everything, since the mid to late 50′s.
