And what an incredibly important job it is to be ice locked in an Arctic circle port for 8 months a year so for the other 4 you can possibly be a teeny weeny threat in a small ocean. The only interesting part of the fleet is the submarine which has not much difficulty operating for most of the year, only today they cannot detect each other especially through a moving Ice Pack which is the primary role of US hunter killers against Russias nuclear deterrent.
