I would imagine Trump is giving China a chance to get little Kim in check before he makes any military decisions concerning N.Korea. I’m pretty sure China figured if Syria using gas was issue enough to move Trump into deploying 60 missiles in response, they also figured putting a sock on Little Kim and him back in the box would make more sense then Trump taking issue with Little Kim next.
