…but the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) itself published this chart in January, depicting higher public salaries for ALL educational levels other than the top tier – i.e., PhD and/or Professional degrees….
Obviously, one cannot “broad brush” either group’s output or productivity; as in both sectors, the range of occupations and employees skills is broad-based and varied. However it intuitively makes little sense for a sector that produces ZERO profits to earn MORE than one generating ALL the nation’s profits and tax revenue.
