drutter: Goog / YT want me to give up “drutter”
Be prepared for the next great transfer of wealth. Buy physical silver and storable food.
As you can see, I’m still here and I’m still “drutter”. I’m told that will soon change, but not what is meant by “soon”, or exactly how things will change. What I do know is it’s idiotic to assume things are about to change in the direction of more privacy and more rights to your own content.
Dear google: I want to continue using the free services of your website, and I thank you for providing them. Yes, I’m critical of some of your actions, but I’m truthful in the way I critique them, and I’m only out to cause you harm if you’re out to cause harm to me. As you know, I’ve brought in millions of video views now, making you large amounts of revenue, and I’ve never received anything in return. I abide by your rules, jump through your hoops, and “take one for the team” in order to continue providing quality free content with relevant material I recorded and edited myself. I want to continue to upload videos to YouTube under the account name “drutter”, and don’t want to use or be signed up for Google+, Gmail, or any other service or profile you offer or will offer in the future. And yes, I realize my continued criticism of your policies will be recorded on my profile, which I’m not allowed any access to.
