Nitinat Engages Jacob Securities as Advisor

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – April 26, 2013) - Nitinat Minerals Corporation (the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE:NZZ) is pleased to announce that pursuant to and advisory agreement dated April 17, 2013 (the “Agreement”) it has retained Jacob Securities Inc. (“Jacob”) to provide certain financial advisory services. The term of the Agreement is for a period of twelve (12) months with the option to terminate the Agreement at any time after six (6) months.
