Nordex Explosives Ltd. Completes Continuation to Federal Jurisdiction
KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – April 12, 2013) - NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:NXX) (“Nordex”) is pleased to announce that effective April 10, 2013 it has continued from Quebec to the federal jurisdiction of Canada (the “Continuance”). The Continuance results in Nordex becoming subject to all of the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act.
Nordex received the approval of its shareholders to affect the Continuance at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 14, 2012, as previously announced in its press release dated June 15, 2012.
No action is required by the shareholders of Nordex in connection with the Continuance.
