Talks between Freeport-McMoRan, Indonesian government continuing: CEO

Negotiations between Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold and the Indonesian government over an extension of the company’s work contract in the country have yet to be resolved, CEO Richard Adkerson said Thursday.
“We have had productive discussions, but the process has not been organized in a way that has led to a conclusion yet,” Adkerson said in a conference call with investors and analysts to discuss the company’s first-quarter results.
