So how hard is it to make the magic that is your own garden? It’s friggin’ simple folks, and the kind of fun that gives you a little tingle inside Check out my rocket science method here (would love your own phrase for what this could be called). Here we have toilet paper rolls cut in half, harvested from our own bathroom, one egg carton, and several types of food containers that won’t spill water. Salad green containers, thai food boxes, pyrex… you follow. I spoon some soil into each little slot, wiggle a finger tip in about a half inch for these tiny seeds, sprinkle 2-3 in there, then tuck them in. Little water and the sunniest real estate in our house and we should be seeing some sprouts soon!!
Go ahead, say it, I’m BRILLIANT! And you have the go ahead to start asking your friends for the TP rolls OH! And ALWAYS label what your starting and the date you put it in. This is especially important once you get them grown and producing so you know which were your best producers and if you might have started them sooner or later.
Steady State Revolution http://steadystaterevolution.org explores the ideas of a sustainable economy. In order to have a sustainable society we must create an economy that develops within the limits of the ecosystem instead of growing beyond them: a “steady state” economy. http://steadystaterevolution.org/what-is-a-steady-state-economy/
