blah blah blah, if you have kidney stones or think you have them.. get some water soluble magnesium and dissolve them “kidney stones” in as little as 20 minutes. It takes approximately 1 table spoon dissolved in boiling water and ingested while still hot to rid yourself of a kidney stone. Other people may require a second or third application.
DO NOT OVERDOSE ON MAGNESIUM, it can/will harm you if you take to much!
