Four Challenges that Stand in the Way of Being Healthy
You’ve decided. Today is the day you are creating the new, healthy, fit version of yourself. It’s not going to be easy, of course. But that doesn’t matter. The important thing is to get started and make a commitment to live a healthy lifestyle.
But wait—how do you go about that exactly? Do you have to change the foods you eat, or just eat less of the foods you like? Do you have to exercise a lot, or will going for a 20-minute walk be sufficient? Well, maybe tomorrow would be a better day to start. Today has been a long day and exercising seems impossible. And the hockey game is on tonight—so a couple of beers and a bag of chips would be great. Tomorrow is soon enough to get to the leafy green salad.
