Home of Kyle J. Norton for The Better of Living & Living Health Human aging is a biological process, no one can stop, but delay it. It is possible that one person looks younger than his or her biological if one engages in healthy living life style and eating healthily by increasing the intake of good healthy food such as whole grain, fruits, vegetables, beans and legumes, etc. and reducing the consumption of harmful foods, such as saturated fat, trans fat, artificial ingredients, etc.
Resveratrol is a type of natural phenol in the group of Stilbenoids, produced naturally by many plants, such as in grape skins and seeds, wine, nuts, peanuts, etc. when under attack by bacteria or fungi. It has been studied by many researchers for it health benefits in treating chronic diaereses, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
Resveratrol prolongs lifespan and retards the onset of age-related markers in a short-lived vertebrate
Resveratrol, a natural phytoalexin found in grapes and red wine, increases longevity in the short-lived invertebrates Caenorhabditis elegans and Drosophila and exerts a variety of biological effects in vertebrates, including protection from ischemia and neurotoxicity. According to teh study by the Scuola Normale Superiore, resveratrol was added to the food starting in early adulthood of mice and caused a dose-dependent increase of median and maximum lifespan. In addition, resveratrol delays the age-dependent decay of locomotor activity and cognitive performances and reduces the expression of neurofibrillary degeneration in the brain. These results demonstrate that food supplementation with resveratrol prolongs lifespan and retards the expression of age-dependent traits in a short-lived vertebrate(17).

You don’t get younger, you get ugly and mean fast from the inside out. Stick with the unadulterated grapes.
