hmmm…I’ll have to try this, but honestly, you mention putting it in a glass of tea; well, the tea by itself would clear up the circles, and typically so would the moisturizer you recommend putting on afterward. So then, is it actually the baking soda that causing the circles to diminish, or the tea and moisturizer?
