Hello Angle#3(prelim),
Charlie here. Anything fermented is good for you but don’t take it too far. I tried replacing doughnuts with apple cider vinegar. Needless to say I came down with all the symptoms you mentioned.
Are doughnuts the cure all? Who knows… (fingers crossed)
Signed,
Charlie (All jokes aside I do find apple cider vinegar strangely fulfilling than plain water when you are thirsty. Try it sometime diluted as a thirst quencher)
I love it, a couple of teaspoons in 8oz of water and you are good to go. And on salads too.
Vinegar is great and all BUT BUT BUT you need to remember not to consume TOO much of it as it will effect your kidneys and teeth adversely.
Yeah, taking it straight is not good. Like anyone would wannu.
how do you test your pH balance of your scalp?
