Another banner signed by CJNG-CTNG hung in Tijuana

A new banner signed by the “Tijuana New Generation Cartel”(CTNG) and the “Jalisco New Generation Cartel”(CJNG) was hung this morning on a bridge located in the Insurgentes Blvd.
After a report was issued, several members of the police agencies arrived and took down the banner.
This past April, three other banners were hung with messages between organized crime, two of them were left in the Federico Benitez Lopez Blvd. and another in the Centenario Bridge, located on Industrial Blvd. Those banners were also allegedly signed by CTNG-CJNG.
Today's banner read as follows:
