Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) has introduced an amendment that would open the floodgates to allow millions of Muslim immigrants into America and would even restrict background checks on them!

This pro-Islamic amendment is the D.C. establishment politicians’ response to presidential candidate Donald Trump’s proposal to restrict Muslim immigration, which is legal and constitutional.

The Leahy amendment is an astounding rewrite of current US immigration laws and you must immediately tell the Senate to defeat it!

Leahy attached his pro-Islamic immigration rewrite to an unrelated bill, S. 1318, which is known as the Nuclear Terrorism Conventions Implementation and Maritime Navigation Act of 2015.

According to the Washington Free Beacon news publication, the Leahy amendment would “prevent authorities from normal background checks meant to ensure individuals are not tied to terrorists or other type of criminal enterprises.”

You read that correctly.

The FBI and immigration authorities would not be allowed to check whether a Muslim immigrant is a member of ISIL, Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, Boko Haram or other jihadi groups!

Instead of restricting Muslim immigration or making it more difficult for them to get in, this amendment rewrites the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 to make it easier!

The Immigration and Nationality Act was written and passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress and signed into law by a Democrat.

The law was used by Jimmy Carter to deport 15,000 Iranian Muslims and to ban all Iranian Muslim immigration to America in April of 1980.

Mr. Trump is not proposing a “new” law – he is proposing utilizing the same law that has been used in the past to keep criminals and other dangerous individuals out of the USA.

The Leahy amendment is a major threat to every American because it will actually increase Muslim immigration and do away with background checks!

You have to speak out on this issue immediately because S. 1318 is expected to be voted on before Congress leaves for its Christmas break!

Leviticus 24:22 states, “You shall have the same law for the stranger and for one from your own country; for I am the Lord your God.”

No nation can exist with two systems of law. America will cease to exist if pass the tipping point where he have Sharia law in place for the Muslims – which most Muslim immigrants are demanding – and the Constitution for the rest of us.

Imagine Sharia law in America and all of its horrors: Honor killings, slavery, polygamy, restriction of speech, restriction of all religions except Islam. That is what the Leahy amendment threatens to bring to our nation!
