Alleged “Chapo's” goddaughter broadcast a family celebration video
Grecia Venegas Oviedo, daughter of Julian Venegas Guzmán, compadre of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, released a home video where the Sinaloa leader appears during a birthday celebration in 1992.
