Last Friday, Federal forces detained two women and four men, amongst them Carlos Alberto”N”, nicknamed “El Ruso”, who is identified as an alleged operator of the cartel of the Beltran Leyva brothers and a coordinator of transit and sale of drugs in Acapulco.
The authorities signalled that he is the intellectual author of kidnapping and homicide of Taxi drivers and distributors of drugs of contrary groups, as well as being an extorter of businesses.
“El Ruso” maintained direct communication with Hector Beltran Leyva.
The Secretary for women in Guerrero asked respect for the processes that the authorities are carrying against her sister and added that she is not ” responsible for the actions of my family members”.
The network, Jovenes x Mexico published in a communication, that the acts of Bernal Vargas, were outside of her official functions, “these acts were strictly personal and not legally linked with our organic activities”.
