This guy is really good. I will shortly buy his book, Climatopolis.
I don't agree with him that man made CO2 induced climate change is a problem (it is a net benefit for life on earth), but I hope his message that markets will solve problems (if any) will resonate even with panicky “environmentalists”. Let there be freedom.
