New Delhi (PIB-GR-TYP-BIN): The Ambassador of Delegation of the European Union to India Mr. Tomasz Kozlowski called on the Union Minister for Science & Technology & Earth Sciences Dr. Harsh Vardhan in New Delhi on November 19.

He said that European Union wants to collaborate with India in various fields, particularly in the field of Science & Technology, which is critical for the progress of human society. He says European Union looks forward to the official level meeting next month for further strengthening cooperation in Science & Technology, particularly in the areas of renewable energy, health research and water.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan in his response said that India is fully prepared for any collaboration in the field of Science & Technology which would benefit everyone across the globe. He said India had great strengths in various fields historically and would like to collaborate with Europe, which is a strong entity of the global economy today.
