This declaration will dissolve all authority issued by the forementioned, whether real or implied, over The Peoples of the World and return them to their natural all-encompassing state of Being.
Thus, effective immediately All Nations, States, Governments, Corporations, Pope (Papal) Authority, and Monarchies activities cease operation; with the power restored to the Original People of those Lands.
The declaration further ensures safety for the people from State-funded territories acts, issued in the form of protection, Military/Humanitarian intervention and Globalization.
All initiatives, corporate, state and military occupation of lands and their natural resources return to the care and management of the original people of those lands*.
*Land Owners are defined as the original, autochthon; aboriginal, indigenous people are those who embody historical continuity which existed prior to the conquest and settlement of their lands by Europeans. Today, you can often find these original people living on the outskirts in the most dilapidated section of land, while others have been displaced, and held hostage at State-run facilities (prisons).
Military, Law Enforcement, All levels of Secret Police must return to community (civilian) status for re-entry evaluation.
Prisons, Detention Centers and other State-Run facilities must close immediately. All people held in these facilities are re-entered into communities.
Food, Housing, Clothing and Amenities are confiscated from States and Corporations and Offered Freely to All People without delay.
