World Net Daily has posted an interesting article by a foreign intelligence source that claims that the Obama administration is negotiating with Iran to arrange a temporary nuclear halt by the Islamic regime to be announced before the November 6 election.

I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this information, but I think it is worthwhile to post it as it stands in case it actually happens. You can’t put anything beyond this administration.
