Manhunt underway in Herzliya for Palestinian planning terror attack

On the fifth day of the manhunt for Nashat Melhem, the terrorist who carried out the attack on Tel Aviv's Dizengoff Street on December 1, Israeli security forces launched a manhunt for another Palestinian terrorist, 20-year-old Ahmad Hatib from Isawwiya adjacent to Jerusalem.
Hatib, who has a criminal record, told his father that he was going to carry out an attack against Israelis. Using his cellular telephone number, security forces located Hatib's car in Herzliya.
Large forces from the Israel Police, the Shin Bet internal security service and the IDF were rushed from Tel Aviv to Herzliya for the manhunt.
