Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu Thursday named Nadav Argaman next director of the Shin Bet domestic security service after Yoram Cohen. Argaman, 55, currently serves as deputy director, after 35 years in the service. Argaman led many of Israel’s past major campaigns against Palestinian terror. He also acted as Shin Bet representative in Washington.
