The IDF placed Palestinian Kabatia near Jenin in lockdown Wednesday night and arrested suspects, after three terrorists from the town attacked an Israeli border guard in Jerusalem and murdered policewoman Hadar Cohen. Military sources report that the IDF has reinforced its units in Samaria and thrown up road blocks.
