The UN Security Council strongly condemned North Korea for is Sunday firing of a rocket to launch a satellite in space – believed to be cover for a ballistic missile test – and vowed “significant measures” to punish the rogue regime of Pyongyang. US Ambassador Samantha Powell said: “There can be no business as usual,” adding “we’ll come up with something tough” without elaborating.
