(Before It's News)

DEBKAfile was founded by a team of journalists in June 2000 as an independent Internet Web site, providing an intelligence and security news service. March 12, 2016, 8:45 AM (IDT)

The Arab League conference in Cairo Friday, unable to obtain unanimous approval of the Saudi-led majority motion to list Hizballah a terrorist organization, decided not to put it to vote. After a brief walkout by the Saudi delegation in protest, the Bahrain diplomat Wahid Mubarak Sayar read out a statement at a news conference proclaiming the pro-Iranian Lebanese Hizballah a “terrorist” group, with Lebanon and Iraq expressing “reservations.”

Our unique angle on these subjects – and strong intelligence dimension – has earned DEBKAfile a global reputation and a steady readership – which skyrockets in times of crisis.
